The earth already knows
how to heal a body
I believe the body was never broken. It was disconnected — from soil, from sunlight, from silence, from its own rhythm. Terrain health is the practice of reconnecting it, using nothing the earth didn’t already provide.
Grow a new body isn’t a metaphor to me. Every cell you have will be replaced within a matter of years, built entirely from what you eat, drink, breathe, and absorb. The question was never whether the body regenerates. It always does. The question is what you’re giving it to regenerate with.
Where this path differs
I have deep respect for the work that first opened my eyes to this idea — that we can consciously participate in regenerating the body rather than simply managing its decline. But my own path parted ways on one point: I don’t believe the body needs synthetic inputs to remember what it already knows how to do.
No lab-formulated stacks. No manufactured shortcuts. What I offer instead is older and simpler — wild herbs, spring water, bare feet on living ground, sunlight met without fear, and a nervous system slowly re-taught to trust the world it evolved inside of.
This is a practice, not a program
There is no fixed protocol here — only a way of living that the body responds to, slowly and completely, when it’s given the chance.
